Série Signature, colliers d'arbre filetés ACME en deux parties à gauche

Les colliers ACME à gauche de la série Signature de Stafford Manufacturing sont des composants mécaniques utilisés pour fixer et positionner les composants sur un arbre fileté avec un profil de filetage ACME à gauche. Ils se composent de deux moitiés distinctes qui peuvent être facilement assemblées et démontées autour d'un arbre. Chaque moitié a un alésage intérieur avec un filetage ACME à gauche, lui permettant de s'engager avec le filetage correspondant sur l'arbre. Leur conception en deux parties permet une installation et un retrait faciles sans nécessiter le démontage de l'arbre. Ces colliers fendus en deux pièces sont idéaux pour des applications telles que la limitation de course, les arrêts et la tension de hauteur et de ressort. Ils ont un excellent pouvoir de serrage, sont usinés avec précision et ne marquent pas.

Série Signature, colliers d'arbre fileté de type charnière

Les colliers d'arbres filetés Stafford MFG Signature Series sont conçus pour fixer et ajuster solidement les composants sur les arbres filetés avec des filetages ACME à gauche. Ils ont une construction en acier inoxydable/acier avec une finition en oxyde noir pour une rigidité structurelle et une résistance à la corrosion sur les surfaces exposées. Ces colliers sont idéaux pour la limitation de course, les arrêts et la hauteur et la tension des ressorts. Ils sont équipés de vis en acier allié / acier inoxydable 18-8 pour éviter l'accumulation de rouille. Les colliers de tige filetée sont disponibles en 0.375, 0.406, 0.500 et 0.625 pouces.

Série Solution, colliers de montage d'arbre à bride d'accu

Les colliers de montage d'arbre de la série Stafford Accu-Flange sont utilisés pour maintenir les composants en place, empêchant le glissement ou le mouvement pendant l'opération. Ces colliers sont fabriqués en acier/acier inoxydable/aluminium et ont une conception à double fente, permettant une installation et un réglage faciles sur un arbre sans endommager la surface. Ils sont conçus avec trois trous taraudés pour fixer le collier avec d'autres surfaces ou composants au moyen de vis et de boulons. Ces colliers comprennent en outre une rainure de clavette standard qui permet l'insertion d'une clé spécifique pour transmettre le couple entre l'arbre et le composant d'accouplement, assurant une connexion sécurisée et alignée. Inc.. Les colliers à vis de Boston engrenage sont conçus pour des applications nécessitant une propreté hygiénique, ce qui est idéal pour une utilisation dans l'industrie de l'emballage alimentaire avec une température de fonctionnement maximale de 800 degrés F. Ces colliers non magnétiques sont équipés d'une vis de pression à pointe creuse standard pour permettre une inspection facile des pièces verrouillées.
